What the institution takes on

Start with NO risk.

  • No capital outlay

The institution funds nothing. Program economics, card manufacturing, marketing, and servicing sit with the program entity.

  • Non-dilutive recurring revenue

Program revenue is additive. The institution receives everyday spend contributions from Membership. It does not compete with annual giving, and it does not draw from restricted funds.

  • Zero operational lift

Banking, underwriting, servicing, compliance, disputes, and Membership support are handled by the issuing bank and the program manager.

  • Marks protected by license

Use of institutional marks is governed by a licensing agreement with defined scope, term, quality standards, and termination rights.

  • Creative approval rights

The institution reviews and approves creative before it runs. Nothing carrying your marks ships without sign-off.

  • Advancement data back to you

Alumni re-engagement and refreshed contact records returned to advancement, within the terms of the data agreement and applicable privacy law.
